Edgar's Birthday

I always wanted to try to make a topsy turvy cake so I decided to make one for my little brother Edgar. It was a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. It was so much fun to make, ofcourse with the help of my friend Leslie. Can't wait to make another one.

Millie's Baby Shower

Cake pops. They came out sooo good.

I made little jungle animals with gum paste.

Finish product. Cake pops, cupcakes and cake. It came out cute.

Fondant Decorating Class

I decorated this cake at my fondant class. We learn how to do quilting patterns. I wasn't sure what I was doing at first so it didn't come out that great. But next time I'm ready.
Apple blooms cake. I also decorated this cake at my fondant class

Halloween Cookies

Decorated sugar cookies with fondant.

Halloween Cakes

This cake was an order I took from a friend, they wanted a chocolate cake, with buttercream and fresh strawberry filling. I decorated the cake with fondant and made the figures out of gum paste.

This cake I made for my husbands co-workers. It's pumpkin cake with cream cheese filling. Came out delicious.

Cat and the hat theme

My friend Vanessa's little boy was turning 1 yr old. She had a cat and the hat party theme and ask me if I can help her with the baking goods. I made a vanilla cake with buttercream frosting, cake pops in the shape of the ball that comes out in the book and cupcakes.

Gum paste Flowers

These flowers I made to practice and they are eatable!!!

Erica's B-Day

Chocolate cake with buttercream filling. I covered it with cream cheese frosting (frosting was really good).

Flowers pop made out of chocolate.

Vanilla cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. I added white pearls and a royal icing daisy that I made a day before.

Baby Shower

My cousin had a baby shower in June of this year and I volunteered to make her cupcakes with buttercream frosting. It was jungle theme so I added animal faces on top of some cupcakes. I also made her chocolate coved pretzel rods.

Castle Cake

So my little girl Evelyn was turning 2 years old and I decided to make her a castle cake. So I went to the Betty Crocker's website and found this cake. It was so much fun to make, but I was tired at the end. I also made chocolate and vanilla cupcakes.

Begginers Cake Decorating Class

I decided to take cake decorating classes and these are the cakes that I did. I loved the class, so I kept going to them.

On this one, when I finished the cake I was going to cover it but it was to tall and my flowers go smashed... Oooh well!!!
